From the football field to running a business, Turner Bernard has always lived by one mindset — Takin’ Care of Business. A former college long snapper who went on to play professionally for five years, Turner learned early that success comes from discipline, teamwork, and showing up when it counts.

During his offseasons, Turner worked hands-on in the trades — learning demolition, landscaping, and property maintenance from the ground up. That experience sparked a passion for the work and built the foundation for what would become TCB Operations LLC.

What started as a small operation with a truck, trailer, and a relentless work ethic has grown into a trusted name across Phoenix, Surprise, Wittmann, and the West Valley. Today, Turner leads a team specializing in demolition, landscaping, and handyman services, bringing the same drive and precision that defined his football career to every job site.
